Cancellation & Refunds

Your makeover is free, and the plan has no contract. Here’s exactly how cancelling and refunds work.

1. The free makeover

You don’t pay anything or give card details for your makeover, so there’s nothing to refund. If you don’t want to keep it, just tell us, or don’t reply. You owe nothing.

2. Cancelling your plan

• Any time, no fee. There’s no contract and no cancellation fee.
• How: email elvis@brandvuestudio.com from the address on your account, or reply to any of our emails, with your business name and “cancel”. We’ll confirm within 2 business days.
• When it takes effect: at the end of the month you’ve already paid for. You won’t be charged again.

3. What happens after you cancel

• Your website stays online until the end of your last paid month, then we take it down.
• You keep your domain, logo, brand files and Google, Facebook and Instagram profiles. They’re yours.
• If you’ve paid for 12 months in a row, we hand the whole website over to you, free, if you ask.
• We remove our access to your accounts. You can also remove it yourself at any time.

4. Refunds

• You pay monthly in advance, and we don’t refund part-months after you cancel.
• If we charge you by mistake, for example twice in a month or after your plan has ended, we refund that charge in full.
• To ask about a charge, email elvis@brandvuestudio.com within 60 days with your business name and the date of the charge.
• Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show them.
